Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Microdash software, including our Stream Deck plugins and the Ilfolio Android app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant product. Please also read the Ilfolio Terms of Use if you use the Android app.

License

Microdash plugins are provided for personal and commercial use with the Elgato Stream Deck. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our plugins.

Ilfolio is provided for personal use to read and manage your markdown folios. You remain responsible for your files and for keeping access to your connected storage account secure.

Ilfolio for Android

Ilfolio stores folios in your own Google Drive and keeps a local cache on your device. If you enable the optional ChatGPT connection, you authorise it to read or change folios when you request those actions. You can stop the connection by signing out or revoking access. Signing out clears Ilfolio's local data and server link; it does not delete folio files from your Drive, which you can remove yourself.

Sync and connected features depend on your device, network and third-party services. Availability and timing may vary, including when Android delays background activity. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about data handling.

Third-Party Services

Some plugins connect to third-party APIs to provide their functionality:

• NextUp connects to Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• LinearNotify connects to Linear via the Linear API. Your use of Linear is governed by Linear's Terms of Service.
• PeekStripe connects to Stripe via the Stripe API using a restricted key you provide. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Gmailo connects to your email account via IMAP using an App Password you provide. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• OpenBalance connects to OpenRouter via the OpenRouter API using a key you provide. Your use of OpenRouter is governed by OpenRouter's Terms of Service.
• HowManyLeft and WhatsLeft read data from local CLI tool files on your device and do not connect to any external services.
• Espresso runs caffeinate, a macOS built-in command, with no network connectivity and no third-party service of any kind.

Microdash is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. Service interruptions by Google, Linear, Stripe, OpenRouter, or Elgato are outside our control.

User Data

Our products access connected account data only with your authorisation. You may revoke access at any time. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all configurations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microdash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

Updates

We may release updates to our products at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Analytics

This website uses a privacy-focused analytics service to measure traffic and improve user experience. No personal data is stored, no cookies are used, and no cross-site tracking occurs. You may decline analytics collection via the consent notice displayed on the site.
